Terms of Use

1. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

2. Payment: Full payment is required upon confirmation of your order.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Advance Notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will incur no penalty.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 14 to 30 days before the event will result in a retention of 25% of the deposit.
• Limited Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days before the event will result in the retention of the full deposit and may incur additional costs.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days before the event will require payment of 50% to 100% of the total event cost.
• Special Orders & Labor Costs: Costs for special orders, rentals, and contracted labor are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
• Caterer-Initiated Cancellations: If Potatah Bar LLC dba PB Catering Co.   cancels, deposits will be refunded within 10 days, and additional costs may be reimbursed.

4. Changes to Orders: Any changes to your order must be made within the same time frames as the cancellation policy. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Liability: Potatah Bar LLC dba PB Catering Co. is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to changes or cancellations made outside of the specified time frames.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

7. Event Setup: With the purchase or inclusion of the PB Set Up, our team will handle the setup of catering services. Please ensure that we have access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event start time.

8. Food Quantity: You’ll get around 1 pound per person with each catering package.
